What divisions do you design custom bikinis & trunks for?

We design custom competition wear for Bikini, Wellness, Fitness, Figure, Women’s Physique, Women’s Bodybuilding, and Men’s Bodybuilding.

What is the process for a custom order?

Every custom design follows a thoughtful, structured process to ensure your suit is created with intention and care—while giving you clarity at every stage.

Step 1: Place Your Order
All custom orders begin with full payment at checkout. This secures your place in our production schedule and allows us to begin preparing for your design.

Step 2: Give Us More Details Via Email
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email where you will share your check-in photos (front, back, and side posts), measurements, and schedule your complimentary 30-minute video consultation with our designer.

Step 3: Design Consultation
During your consultation, we’ll walk through:

  • Your measurements and fit considerations
  • Competition category and timeline
  • Style direction, colors, and crystal vision
  • Overall design approach and expectations

Step 4: Production Begins
Once measurements are confirmed, your suit moves into production. This includes fabric sourcing, cutting, construction, and crystal application—handled with care and precision.

Step 5: Delivery & Fit Check
Your suit will be mailed to you. If refinements are needed, return shipping is included.

Once received, please:

  • Try your suit on
  • Share photos or videos with Charissa, or schedule a quick video fit check call

This final step ensures everything is finalized well before your competition, so you can step on stage with confidence and peace of mind.

When should I place my custom order?

Custom designs follow a 12-week production timeline based on when you want your suit in hand—not your show date. We recommend planning for your suit to be completed at least two weeks before travel to allow time for final fit checks, posing practice, and peace of mind.

If your show is approaching quickly, reach out before ordering to discuss availability or alternative options like our Quick Ship collection.

What if my order doesn’t fit?

Return shipping is included with every Quick Ship order. Once you receive your suit, you’ll try it on and share photos or videos with our designer. If adjustments are needed, we’ll guide you through the process to ensure your suit is stage-ready.

Can I rush my order?

Rush service may be available for an additional $250, depending on current production schedules. Availability is limited, so we recommend contacting us before placing your order to confirm timing.

Do Custom suits ship internationally?

Yes. International orders are welcome. The 12-week timeline applies to production time, international shipping timelines vary by destination. If you’re on a tight deadline, we recommend reaching out before placing your order.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

What is your refund and return policy?

Bikini Lab Design Studio does not offer refunds or accept returns.

Every order is custom-made specifically for you, from fabric selection to crystal layout, and production begins intentionally for your design once an order is placed. Because of this, all orders are final.

Our Commitment to You
All designs are guaranteed for one year from the purchase date for the original buyer. While we don’t process refunds or returns, we believe in working with our clients when unexpected situations arise. If something significant comes up, reach out as early as possible and we’ll walk through next steps together.
